Fox Valley FM Support Group: Appleton, WI, United States; The Fox Valley Fibromyalgia Support Group was formed in May of 2008. It meets on the last Tuesday of every month at Zion Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI. (912 N. Oneida Street, 54911).
