It's on the corner of Oneida St. and Winnebago St. which is in between Wisconsin and College Avenues. We meet in one of the conference rooms in the building attached to the church. Park in the lot behind the church, enter the building and go up one set of stairs. Turn right and the room is about halfway down the hall, on your right.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, September 30th. At Zion Lutheran Church in Appleton. From 6PM - 8PM. 

Meeting Recap: August

A couple of new members joined us for the August meeting! Our support group is now featured on the community events scroll page on Channel 4, and on the Affinity hospital care website as well as their Nurse Direct info number. We are working to get it listed in the Post Crescent newspaper each month. Tom, the group facilitator, told us about his 3-day workshop in Washington, D.C. which was put on by NFA, the National Fibromyalgia Association. It featured speakers and attendees from all over the world! He learned skills to help promote Fibro awareness locally, like how to do good interviews with local media outlets. We did a new thing, which was to break into 4 small groups and spend half the meeting time this way, so we can learn more about each other and get to know each other better.

The August meeting will be Tuesday, August 26th at Zion Lutheran Church in Appleton. It starts at 6PM and runs until 8PM.
